Guests are highly encouraged to reserve a room in the conference block. Not only does this help our planning committee keep registration costs low each year, but you will also benefit from exclusive amenities offered only to our conference attendees.
All reservations will be made directly by each individual guest.

You will then need to input your arrival and departure dates as well as the total number of people staying in the room and then click the “Save Changes” button to see all available rooms and room rates for the duration of your stay.
It’s important to note that the booking website automatically populates with two (2) adults in the room, so please be sure to update that section if the reservation is only for one (1) person.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Individual reservations will be subject to cancellation conditions as stated on their reservation.
- For individual cancellations, the hotel policy is 21 days before arrival to cancel without penalty.
- Cancellations within 21 days of arrival will be charged 1 night room/tax.
- If you need to cancel your reservation within 30 days prior to your arrival date, we kindly request that you notify Drew Catt at dcatt@edchoice.org first, as we may be able to assign your room to another guest.
We have secured the following room type and rates for this year’s conference attendees:
- Deluxe Room – 175 Euro per night plus taxes and fees for 1 adult
- Deluxe Room – 205 Euro per night plus taxes and fees for 2 adults
- If traveling with children, be sure to indicate the number of children in the room as the cost per night varies depending on the number and age(s) of the child(dren)
Please note: You will need a valid credit card to book your reservation. Your card will not be charged until you check in to the hotel.
Check-in begins at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
Conference attendees are responsible for booking their own travel accommodations to and from Rome for the 2026 ISCRC. The airport’s full name is the Rome Fiumicino “Leonardo da Vinci” Airport. The airport code is FCO.
When planning your travel, please note the conference dates and start/end times (listed here in the local/CET time zone) so you may be present for the entirety of the conference:
January 8, 2026 – January 11, 2026, 6:00 p.m.-12:45 p.m.
Depending on what country you are coming from, you may or may not be required to apply for a visa to enter Italy.
Please check to see what the visa requirements and other required documents are for your country. If you do need a visa or other documents, follow the appropriate steps.
The Rome Fiumicino “Leonardo da Vinci” Airport (FCO) is about 22 minutes from the A.Roma Lifestyle Hotel.
We recommend using Uber, a taxi or a similar car service to get from the airport to the conference location.
