REGISTRATION TYPES

Please review the descriptions and associated fees listed below, and be sure to select the appropriate registration type when registering for the 2026 ISCRC.

SENIOR SCHOLAR ($600) – “I am an Associate Professor, Senior Lecturer or higher at a University, or a Researcher/Practitioner with 5 or more years of work experience total.”

JUNIOR SCHOLAR ($400) – “I am an Assistant Professor, Adjunct Professor, Junior Lecturer or Instructor at a University, or a Researcher/Practitioner with less than 5 years of work experience total.”

GRADUATE STUDENT ($250) – “I am a full-time graduate student at an accredited University.”

GUESTS ($350) – “I am a guest of a conference attendee/presenter and wish to participate in receptions and meals ONLY (no conference sessions).”

This special conference rate is for guests of conference attendees/presenters. Please note that guests of conference attendees/presenters may participate in receptions and meals ONLY (no conference sessions) using this rate.

Guests may be registered one of two ways:

• First, guests may register themselves for the conference by selecting this registration type and completing the registration process (including payment) themselves;
• Or, if you are an attendee/presenter who will be bringing a guest, you may submit this guest registration on behalf of your guest by selecting the orange “Add Person” button at the bottom of your own registration summary page. This is the page before you submit your payment. You will be asked to select your additional registration type; please select “Guest” and then complete the registration process for your guest. This will allow you to add your guest’s registration (and associated fees) to your registration and complete the process, including payment, for you both at the same time. Should you have a special circumstance which may prevent you from paying at the time of registration, please contact Drew Catt at dcatt@edchoice.org.

SPONSORS – Official sponsors of the 2026 ISCRC will receive registration codes along with sponsorship information.

STAFF – EdChoice staff members attending the 2026 ISCRC will receive special registration instructions.

NEW THIS YEAR – Late Registration Fees

LATE REGISTRATION FEES: In an effort to encourage earlier registrations, we have implemented late fees for registrations received after the registration deadline of December 12, 2025.

See below for the deadline date and all associated fees should you register AFTER the stated deadline. 

• Registration Deadline: December 12, 2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern
• All registrations received between December 13 and January 1 will see an increase of $50 per registration, no matter the registration type (e.g. Junior Scholar Rate increases from $300 to $350)
• All registrations received between January 2 and the start of the conference will see an additional increase of $50 per registration (for a total difference of $100 from the original registration fee), no matter the registration type (e.g. Junior Scholar Rate increases to $400, an increase of $100 from its original $300 fee)
• Any on-site conference registrations will see the above mentioned $100 increased fee, no matter the registration type (e.g. Junior Scholar Rate would be $400, an increase of $100 from its original $300 fee)

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to Drew Catt at dcatt@edchoice.org. If cancellation is received on or before December 1, 2025, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded. If cancellation is received between December 2, 2025, and December 19, 2025, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Thereafter, there is no refund of registration fees.
