Guests are highly encouraged to reserve a room in the conference block. Not only does this help our planning committee keep registration costs low each year, but you will also benefit from exclusive amenities offered only to our conference attendees.


How to Reserve Your Hotel Room

All reservations will be made directly by each individual guest.

The above link will take you to the hotel booking website with our discounted group rates already populated. No code needed.

You will, however, need to input your arrival and departure dates as well as the total number of people staying in the room and then click the "Update" button to see all available rooms.

Individual reservations will be subject to cancellation conditions as stated on their reservation. If you need to cancel your reservation within 30 days prior to your arrival date, we kindly request that you notify Drew Catt at dcatt@edchoice.org first, as we may be able to assign your room to another guest and avoid a cancellation fee.


Hotel Rates & Check-In Details

We have secured the following room types and rates for this year's conference attendees:

• Deluxe King - Ocean View - 279 per night plus taxes and fees

• Superior Deluxe King - Ocean View - 279 per night plus taxes and fees

• Deluxe Two Doubles - Ocean View - 279 per night plus taxes and fees

• Deluxe King - Ocean Curve - 279 per night plus taxes and fees
Please note: You will need a valid credit card to book your reservation. Your card will not be charged until you check in to the hotel.

Check-in begins at 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.


Flights

Conference attendees are responsible for booking their own travel accommodations to and from Fort Lauderdale for the 2025 ISCRC. The airport's full name is the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. The airport code is FLL.

When planning your travel, please note the conference dates and start/end times (listed in local/Eastern Standard time zone) so you may be present for the entirety of the conference: January 17, 2025 - January 20, 2025, 6:00 p.m.-12:00 p.m.


Ground Transportation

The Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) is about 30 minutes from the Sonesta Fort Lauderdale Beach.

We recommend using Uber, Lyft, a taxi or a similar car service to get from the Fort Lauderdale Airport to the conference location.
